Your privacy

Leah the Celebrant (Leah Foley, Southend-on-Sea, Essex) only uses the information you share to reply to your enquiry and to plan and deliver your ceremony.

What I collect

When you call, message me on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form, I receive the details you choose to give me, such as your name, contact details, the type and date of ceremony, and anything you tell me about yourself or your loved one. The enquiry form doesn't store anything on this website: it simply opens WhatsApp with your message so you can send it.

How I use it

Only to talk with you about your ceremony, write and deliver it, and keep a record for my own administration. I never sell or share your details with anyone else, except your funeral director or venue where that's needed to arrange your ceremony.

How long I keep it

I keep ceremony notes and scripts for as long as they're useful to you and for my records, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Just call or message me on 07956 600795.

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address.
