A ceremony full of joy
Life celebrations are important and memorable times. As an independent celebrant I'll help you plan and create a unique ceremony that reflects your wishes, personalities and beliefs. My job is to help you create a beautiful, memorable ceremony full of joy and wonderment.
How it works
- We meet, at your home or at your venue if possible, to talk about your ideas and your story.
- I help with readings, poems and music if you'd like.
- I write your ceremony and you review it until it feels just right.
- On the day, I lead your ceremony so it runs smoothly and you can enjoy every moment.
Symbolic touches
There are some beautifully unique and meaningful symbolic actions you may choose to include: the lighting of a unity candle, a handfasting, the signing of a certificate or jumping the broom. There's lots to choose from and I can give you plenty of suggestions.
The legal bit
The legal part of a marriage or civil partnership must be carried out at a register office before your celebration ceremony. This can be on the same day or some time before.
